And replacing a filter doesn't mean you can forget about hygiene: saliva, organic residue and bacteria can still accumulate inside the fountain if it isn't cleaned regularly.

VitalPet takes a completely different approach.

Instead of endlessly recirculating the same water through a filter, VitalPet uses a smart dual-reservoir system: one tank for clean water and another for used water.

You choose the schedule. VitalPet does the rest.

Fresh water is automatically dispensed into the bowl at the times you choose. After the programmed period, the used water is removed from the bowl and transferred to the separate waste-water tank — ready for the next cycle.

How long does one tank last?

Thanks to its massive 4.5L (4500ml) capacity, a single tank can provide fresh water for up to 1 to 2 weeks for an adult cat or a small dog. This gives you complete peace of mind, even if you are out of the house all day.

What is the constant heat mode for?

For pets that prefer their water gently warmed, VitalPet offers an optional constant-heating mode that maintains the water at a comfortable 28°C (82°F).

It is especially useful during colder months, in colder homes or outdoor environments, and for older or sensitive pets that may be reluctant to drink cold water.

Simply activate the heating mode and VitalPet keeps the water comfortably warm — automatically, without the need to heat or replace it manually.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a return or refund?

If you need to request a return, replacement or refund, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Depending on the reason for the request, we may ask you to provide photos or a short video showing the product or the problem. This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your VitalPet fountain arrives damaged or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or a video clearly showing the damage and the condition of the package.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

What if I receive the wrong product or something is missing?

If you receive an incorrect product, a different variant, or a package with missing components, please contact us with your order number and photos of the items received.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, send the missing component or provide an appropriate refund.

What if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can check the tracking information and investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we may need additional information to investigate the situation with the carrier.

Important: please contact us before returning anything

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

Returns may need to be sent to a specific address depending on the case. We will provide the appropriate return instructions before you send the product.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can generally cancel an order and issue a full refund if it has not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, our customer support team will explain the available options.

THE LIMIT OF FILTRATION
